Short Summary:
As the Head of Communications for Roche BeLux, you will serve as a strategic driver of our mission, shaping our external image and managing corporate reputation, media relations, and crisis responses across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a cohesive internal and external communication strategy.
- Engage proactively with healthcare and lay press media as Roche’s primary media spokesperson.
- Cultivate insights into the healthcare ecosystem to optimize business communication strategies.
- Modernize communications by leading digital channel strategy and integrating generative AI tools.
- Navigate a changing external environment and foster a OneRoche mindset.
- Partner closely with senior management on employee communications and engage with the global Roche communications community.

Requirement:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences, Journalism, Linguistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 8+ years of corporate communications, public affairs, or journalism experience in a regulated industry (ideally life sciences or healthcare).
- Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Deep knowledge of the BeLux healthcare environment and media landscape.
- Proficiency in integrating AI solutions into corporate communication practices.
