Short Summary:
This role focuses on high complexity master data for projects, assists in reconciling project tracking and reporting systems, and prepares financial reports ensuring compliance with policies and internal controls.

Responsibilities:
- Manage current and future processes and solution landscape for master data and financial systems
- Participate in identifying change impacts for new SAP implementations
- Adapt legacy systems for ASPIRE and contribute to change assessments
- Identify business-critical gaps and define workarounds
- Conduct role mapping and resolve SOD issues
- Attend TTT and coordinate local end-user training
- Support local pre-deployment and deployment project phases
- Actively support resolution of hypercare issues after go-live

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field
- 5 years of related experience
- Preferred: 6+ years of functional and project management experience; advanced degree is a plus
- Excellent knowledge in Finance and experience in a large cross-functional team
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of cultural differences
- Knowledge in SAP ERP is a plus
