Short Summary:
The Delivery Management Professional (SE6) leads moderately complex deliveries, proactively identifies improvements, manages diverse stakeholders, and contributes to strategic implementation. This role involves defining and controlling the scope of medium to large initiatives, utilizing effective facilitation and analytical skills to drive value delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Independently defines, manages, and controls the scope of medium to large initiatives or significant workstreams.
- Leads and facilitates the scope definition process, aligning with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively identifies, analyzes, and mitigates scope-related risks.
- Independently leads the analysis of moderate to complex delivery problems and drives root cause analysis.
- Develops comprehensive stakeholder communication plans and manages relationships effectively.
- Contributes to achieving product or domain goals by ensuring value delivery.
- Manages moderately complex initiatives or workstreams extending across a product or service.

Requirement:
- Proven track record in a Delivery Management archetype (e.g., Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach) managing medium to large initiatives.
- Experience managing the delivery of complex features or projects across functional areas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans.
- 5+ years experience in the commercial area, especially with contract Lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
