Join Robinhood in building the future of finance by applying frontier technologies to solve major financial problems. As a Staff Software Developer, you will lead the strategy and execution of core developer infrastructure, ensuring engineers can work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Architect the long-term technical strategy and roadmap for core developer infrastructure, including CI, SCM, and development environments.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure focused on speed, safety, and reliability.
- Lead the strategy for developer onboarding and development environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize build and CI patterns and eliminate developer friction.
- Provide technical mentorship to engineers, conducting design reviews and establishing best-practice guidelines.

Requirement:
- Extensive experience designing, scaling, and operating critical developer infrastructure or high-volume build/CI systems.
- Deep expertise in modern build systems (e.g., Bazel) and CI/CD at scale.
- Strong programming proficiency in Go or Python.
- Proven ability to guide complex technical initiatives from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
