Short Summary:
Join Robinhood in building the future of finance by applying frontier technologies to solve major financial problems. The DevX team focuses on building and operating core developer infrastructure, ensuring fast, reliable, and cost-efficient development processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize monorepo builds using Bazel and own the remote build execution cluster.
- Scale CI pipelines to support thousands of daily builds, focusing on speed, safety, and reliability.
- Improve the developer onboarding experience, reducing time-to-first-commit.
- Provide and maintain remote development environments to accelerate local workflows.

Requirement:
- Experience building and maintaining developer infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or large-scale build systems (such as Bazel).
- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code in Go or Python.
- Experience with distributed or remote build execution systems, and a solid understanding of containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on improving developer productivity.
