- Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $143,000 - $168,000 USD

Short Summary:
Join Robinhood in building the future of finance by leading the development of the crypto wallet. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new users.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the product roadmap for Robinhood Wallet, evolving the existing experience and defining new products.
- Partner with research, data science, engineering, and design to understand customer needs and translate insights into product strategy.
- Build strong relationships across teams to align efforts and drive execution.
- Lead the launch of intuitive, high-impact products in collaboration with communications, content, and marketing teams.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality consumer products.
- Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making.
- Experience working closely with design and UXR.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Well-versed in the current crypto wallet market and deep knowledge of onchain culture and products.
- Past experience in fintech or trading.
- Familiarity with the latest AI tooling such as Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
