Short Summary:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will manage Gainsight, Salesforce, and Pendo platforms, ensuring their health and coherence while supporting various services organizations. You will leverage AI to enhance productivity and drive innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Administer Salesforce for Services, including configuration, automation, and permissions.
- Partner with central Salesforce and IT teams for releases and changes.
- Configure AI capabilities and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Administer Gainsight, including health scoring and reporting.
- Maintain Salesforce-Gainsight integrations and ensure data accuracy.
- Administer Pendo, analyze adoption data, and enable self-service capabilities.
- Troubleshoot system and data quality issues, supporting Services teams.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency through AI and automation.

Requirement:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience administering Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Experience with enterprise applications, automation, and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
