At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will connect innovative technology with the financial aspirations of clients, customizing solutions to enhance treasury operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Design and document the "To-Be" state for optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices.
- Configure the platform to align with the strategic vision.
- Facilitate training sessions to empower users and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations, particularly in ERP or SaaS.
- A consultative approach and technical competence in complex software ecosystems.
- Outstanding communication skills to translate technical jargon into accessible concepts.
- Expertise in treasury domains such as cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
- Financial proficiency in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proficiency in both English and German; other languages are a plus.
