Short Summary:
As a Principal Technical Producer on Central Tech's Account Management team, you will co-lead the Duo-model engagement system, streamline customer demand into actionable priorities, and partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer-facing account management side of the Duo model.
- Shape and evolve how Central Tech engages with customers.
- Help customers navigate Central Tech's Product Menu.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate customer goals into clear plans.
- Lead roadmap alignment and prioritization conversations.
- Own the initiative's work systems for the relationship.
- Ensure asks, commitments, dependencies, risks, and decisions are captured.
- Establish accountability loops and governance structures.
- Represent customer context in internal conversations.
- Assess stakeholder sentiment and drive improvements.
- Identify blockers and drive them to resolution.
- Help create a sustainable operating environment.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience leading cross-functional work in environments requiring influence and alignment.
- Strong ability to define and communicate plans across audiences.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management.
- Experience building or owning work systems.
- Strong technical fluency and systems thinking.
- Experience scaling Agile/Lean frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and relationship management skills.
