Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of the OneRICOH EMEA IT strategy across the DACH region.
- Act as the primary interface between DACH leadership and the EMEA IT organization.
- Define and own regional IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology roadmaps.
- Oversee delivery of complex IT programmes through matrix teams.
- Govern enterprise platforms and services, ensuring robust cyber security and compliance.
- Enable business growth and operational excellence through effective IT solutions.
- Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing IT leadership and teams across the region.
- Manage senior stakeholders and negotiate priorities.

Requirement:
- Fluency in English and good German.
- Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise IT and large-scale IT transformation.
- Deep understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and Enterprise Service Management principles.
- Demonstrated success in leading major IT transformation programmes in multinational environments.
- Strong experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
