Short Summary:
Revolution Medicines is seeking an Associate Director, Area Business Lead for the Eastern area of Germany to lead a team of Senior Oncology Account Managers, develop strategic account plans, and drive commercial success in the oncology business.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 6 Senior Oncology Account Managers.
- Build and maintain key business relationships with healthcare accounts.
- Design and implement area-specific sales strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous development and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimal outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Utilize sales data and analytics for strategic decision-making.

Requirement:
- Advanced degree (MA/MS/BA/BS) required.
- ~20 years of biopharma experience, with 10+ years in oncology sales leadership.
- Proven track record of product launch success in oncology.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Valid driver’s license.
