Responsibilities:
- Build frontier AI-native/agentic products that thousands of customers rely on every day.
- Own problems from idea through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Design intelligent workflows powered by LLMs, tools, memory, and agent collaboration.
- Turn emerging AI capabilities into delightful customer experiences.
- Partner closely with product, design, and customer teams to shape what we build next.
- Raise the engineering bar through mentorship, technical leadership, and thoughtful decision-making.
- Continuously explore new AI models, tools, and techniques.
Requirement:
- AI-Native Building: Experience in architecting and coding agents using AI.
- Product Thinking & Judgement: Strong understanding of customer outcomes and product impact.
- Strong Engineering Craft: Comfortable across the full stack (front-end, back-end, infrastructure, AI systems).
- Delivery speed and reliability: Ability to ship continuously while maintaining quality.
- Belief in our mission: Comfortable with ambiguity and pace, believing in the power of smaller, agile teams.
