Short Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with strong negotiation skills to own and scale our partner network end-to-end. Your mission will be to turn our partner network into a true growth engine by negotiating strong terms, expanding our footprint of suppliers and buyers, and building a professional partnership function at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Own partner relationships end-to-end: onboarding, day-to-day communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management- Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational partner questions and escalations- Build and manage a structured onboarding process for new suppliers and buyers- Proactively identify and recruit new partners through outbound efforts- Represent the company at international industry conferences and events- Build a qualified pipeline of future partners ahead of upcoming vertical launches- Monitor and improve performance of existing partnerships to grow partner revenue- Ensure fast, reliable communication so that partnership capacity never becomes a bottleneck
Requirement:
- Previous experience as an Affiliate Manager or Partnership Manager- English proficiency at C1–C2 level (mandatory)- Experience in U.S. lead generation industries such as Home Improvement, Home Insurance, Auto Insurance, Mortgage, Personal Loans, Cash Home Buyers, or similar verticals- Experience working with Ping/Post, Direct Post, lead distribution, or affiliate partnership models- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills- Nice to Have: Experience in the Cash for Homes vertical, an existing network of industry contacts, experience launching or scaling new lead generation verticals
