Short Summary:
Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, integrated initiatives across channels, balancing hands-on delivery with mentoring and process stewardship.

Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of integrated campaigns that span digital, print, events, and video.
- Develop detailed Gantts and critical paths across multiple deliverables and vendors.
- Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and manage change control to protect scope, timing, and margin.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers and Coordinators.
- Partner with Account to align execution to strategy and client expectations.
- Manage approximately $5 million in revenue.
- Own day-to-day task management within Workfront and Teams.
- Drive process improvements and QA across deliverables.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Expert knowledge of digital and print production workflows.
- Strong skills in scoping, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- 5 or more years of project management experience in healthcare communications.
- Prior mentoring or supervisory experience.
