Short Summary:
Rapyuta Robotics seeks a Sales and Solutions Engineer to manage deals from customer conversations to solution design and proposal development, focusing on Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS) and Pick-Assist Autonomous Mobile Robots (PA-AMR). This role is ideal for ambitious recent graduates and early-career professionals passionate about robotics and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Own assigned accounts and opportunities across the full sales cycle, maintaining a clean, accurate pipeline and forecast.
- Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct discovery on customer operations and build solution models in Excel, collaborating with teams in India for customer-facing proposals.
- Customer Engagement & Partnerships: Lead customer meetings, demos, and on-site visits; partner with internal teams to scope solutions; manage relationships with channel and integration partners.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or related fields.
- Excel proficiency: comfortable with data sets, building models, and storytelling with numbers.
- Strong process and systems thinking; ability to analyze workflows and identify improvements.
- Genuine solutioning instinct: focus on solving customer problems.
- Outgoing and confident in customer interactions.
- Highly self-directed; thrives with ownership and ambiguity.
- Willing to relocate to the Greater Chicago area and travel as needed.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.
