Location: Goa

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 1 Year Post-Qualification

Qualification: MD/MS in Radiology

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologist to join our healthcare team in Goa. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting diagnostic imaging studies, providing accurate and timely reports, and working closely with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to support effective patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and report a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, including X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT and MRI.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and timely radiology reports to referring physicians.
  • Review and correlate imaging findings with relevant clinical information.
  • Communicate critical or urgent findings promptly to the treating physician/clinical team.
  • Perform image-guided diagnostic or interventional procedures, where applicable and within the scope of expertise.
  • Collaborate with consultants, physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals for diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Ensure appropriate imaging protocols are followed for different clinical indications.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and reporting standards.
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer-review activities.
  • Maintain professional knowledge of emerging imaging technologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and follow all applicable medical ethics and institutional policies.

Required Qualifications

  • MD/MS/DNB in Radiology from a recognized institution.
  • Valid registration with the applicable Medical Council/NMC or State Medical Council.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as a Radiologist.
  • Strong proficiency in diagnostic imaging interpretation.

Required Skills

  • Excellent diagnostic and image interpretation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and X-Ray.
  • Ability to identify and communicate critical findings effectively.
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong commitment to patient safety, clinical quality, and ethical medical practice.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidates with hands-on experience across multiple imaging modalities will be preferred.
  • Experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, or multispecialty healthcare setup is desirable.
  • Candidates with experience in image-guided procedures will have an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patient-focused, professional, and ethical approach.
  • Candidates willing to relocate to Goa are encouraged to apply.
