Short Summary:
The Photo Producer will oversee the end-to-end production of brand photography and integrated video across apparel, home, and lifestyle categories, managing all aspects of campaign and editorial shoots.

Responsibilities:
- Produce no fewer than two multi-category campaign shoots per month across apparel and home.
- Produce monthly stylist/influencer shoots designed for social and brand storytelling.
- Produce apparel editorial shoots supporting brand campaigns and seasonal launches.
- Produce home goods brand shoots, including lifestyle and product-focused content.
- Integrate video capture into photo productions whenever applicable.
- Execute shoots across both studio environments and on-location settings.
- Translate creative briefs into detailed production plans and timelines.
- Build and manage production budgets and cost estimates.
- Source and book all production resources including photographers, directors, talent, and studios.
- Negotiate competitive rates with external partners.
- Lead on-set operations and ensure production runs on schedule.
- Oversee post-production workflows including retouching and asset formatting.

Requirement:
- 7+ years producing photography or integrated photo/video productions.
- Experience working with fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or home brands.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume shoot schedules.
- Strong experience producing both studio and location shoots.
- Experience negotiating talent contracts and vendor rates.
