Short Summary:
The Bank Partner Network Manager will drive the success of Qualia's Bank Partner Network, managing day-to-day support and technological integrations with bank partners. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on project management at the intersection of banking, technology, and partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day operational support for Qualia's bank partners and their integrations.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Qualia's Bank Partner Network.
- Lead end-to-end project management for bank partner technology integrations.
- Define, track, and analyze partnership performance metrics.
- Evaluate, plan, and execute field marketing and event-related priorities.
- Deliver regular reporting to senior leadership on Bank Partner Network performance.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance integration documentation and program analysis.

Requirement:
- 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or technical program/project management.
- Experience managing complex technology integration projects with external partners.
- Strong command of project management practices and tools.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and their application in program management.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across functions with a broad range of internal teams and external partners.
- Understanding of banking and real estate/title industries or a desire to learn.
