Short Summary:
The position provides an opportunity to work in an agile team environment under the general direction of more experienced Business Analysts, focusing on analyzing ELI applications, providing functional design mockups, and supporting project implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Identifies business opportunities or solutions to complex business problems.
- Consults with the business area on system-related issues.
- Develops user stories with requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Creates mockups of proposed changes for development staff.
- Diagnoses and manages complex software defects and system anomalies.
- Prepares end-user procedures and provides training for new or changed system functionality.
- Utilizes project tracking methodologies to manage multiple projects.

Requirement:
- 1-2 years of applicable work and/or technical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field can substitute for 3 years of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of application programming, database, and system design.
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, XML.
