Short Summary:
The Automotive Claims Adjuster will support the claims department by handling a large volume of claims calls, opening new claims, and providing exceptional customer service while performing key administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming claims calls and provide information about customer contracts.
- Manage escalated cases and handle disputes or complaints effectively.
- Review incoming claims and request additional information as needed.
- Ensure all claim handling and communication meets desired metrics.
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators, including claims audits and attendance.

Requirement:
- High School Diploma/GED; Automotive Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience handling automotive claims or working in an automotive dealership/repair facility.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to operate computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
