Short Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Project Manager for our B2B client, responsible for leading complex implementation and delivery programs from project kickoff through successful Go‑Live and stabilization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation programs for key B2B customer accounts.
- Develop implementation plans, success milestones, governance structures, and deployment roadmaps.
- Act as the customer’s trusted advisor, building strong relationships with executives and stakeholders.
- Translate customer goals into actionable plans and guide them through organizational change.
- Define measurable success criteria and adoption targets.
- Coordinate training, enablement, and change management activities.
- Organize and facilitate steering committees and executive governance meetings.
- Identify risks and dependencies early; own mitigation plans and issue resolution.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Care, and Sales to align customer requirements.
- Produce professional KPI-based reporting and documentation.
Requirement:
- Excellent Dutch, French, and English communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Software Implementations, Professional Services, or Project Management.
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Proven ability to manage customer-facing software implementation projects.
- Experience leading complex deployments with multiple dependencies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office, Confluence, and project management tools.
- Personal computer with a stable internet connection.
