Short Summary:
We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Enterprise Strategic Product Consultant (SPC) to join our Professional Services team and help enterprise customers successfully adopt Procore's Project Execution solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted technical and business advisor to clients post-sale, helping them rethink legacy financial, project management, quality, and safety processes.
- Work with Professional Services Delivery Project Managers to develop client business processes to align with Procore standard operating procedures.
- Leverage and teach industry best practices across cost management, project controls, quality management, and health & safety.
- Build and deliver thought leadership materials, such as workshops and webinars.
- Improve client business processes in Procore and across the client's entire organization.
- Provide the highest level of service and education to Procore's clients through clear and effective communication.
- Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members.
- Up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices.
Requirement:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, required.
- 5+ years in financial, project management, quality, or safety-focused roles within architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Previous experience in a Commercial/Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, Project Management, or Quality/Safety Manager role required.
- Proven technical proficiency across project financials, project management workflows, and quality and safety management processes.
- Strong understanding of industry best practice and standards relating to cost control, project delivery governance, quality management, and health & safety.
- Experience conducting client discovery sessions and delivering client onsite presentations and consultations.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
