Short Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer(CPQ) to join Procore’s GTM Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the architecture, development, administration, and maintenance of the Salesforce Sales and CPQ ecosystem. This position will report to the Senior Manager GTM Systems and will be based in our Pune, India, Procore office.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex Salesforce.com applications and integrations between Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ using declarative and programmatic logic.
- Implement and customize CPQ components, including Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Bundles, and QCP.
- Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proofs-of-concept, process design, technical design, and implementation/enhancement of Quote to Contract with Salesforce CPQ.
- Oversee technical integrations between CPQ and external systems such as ERP (Zuora/NetSuite), Ironclad, or Veles platforms.
- Innovate and champion new tools, techniques, and integration processes to drive the reliability and maturity of Procore’s Business Systems platforms.
- Collaborate with all levels of the technical team and partners to evaluate technical solutions and design trade-offs.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Support deployments, release management, and post-production support.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in architecting and designing full-stack solutions using Force.com technologies.
- 5+ years of Salesforce CPQ development experience with full-cycle Salesforce CPQ project implementations.
- Proficiency in product configuration/bundles, complex pricing rules & sequence, quote configurator plugins, Advanced Approvals, Salesforce CPQ APIs.
- Expertise in CPQ functionalities like subscription-based licensing, amendments, extensions, renewals, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API security.
- Hands-on experiences and understanding of DevOps tools and technologies.
