Short Summary:
As a Market/Account Manager, your key objective is to maintain and grow Priceline’s network of hotel partnerships and accommodation supply inventory through building, establishing, and strengthening account relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong hotel supplier relationships and effectively communicate Priceline and Agoda’s value proposition.
- Evaluate market trends, partner performance, and competitor landscape.
- Analyze data to identify business growth opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of production with hotel accounts and present strategic recommendations.
- Identify, prioritize, negotiate, contract, and onboard non-participating hotels.
- Research and troubleshoot pricing and availability competitiveness issues.
- Educate and train hotel partners on Priceline and Agoda systems.
- Collaborate with internal partners to execute business initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and materials for meetings.
- Represent Priceline and Agoda in assigned markets and establish relationships with key local influencers.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant field.
- 4+ years professional experience in sales; travel industry experience preferred.
- Strong sales negotiation skills and ability to creatively think on the fly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel up to 30% for partner/market visits.
