Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Lead client relationships, manage business opportunities, develop agendas and presentations, and oversee project briefs.
- Project Management: Direct support teams, manage projects, and collaborate on project plans and deliverables.
- Leadership: Mentor junior team members, conduct performance reviews, and ensure team collaboration.
- Business Development: Identify market opportunities and organic growth within accounts.
- Finance: Develop proposals and budgets, monitor costs, and provide budget status updates.
- Additional Responsibilities: Adhere to guidelines, ensure quality control, and contribute to tactical planning.
Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company, with client-facing and regulatory review experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to travel 10-15%.
