Short Summary:
As an Associate Art Director, you’ll serve as an executional leader within a Division, managing design and motion output, ensuring quality and cohesion as Power Digital scales. This role involves coaching leads, building creative systems, and maintaining high execution standards while balancing speed and brand integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Own the executional bar for design and motion across assigned division.
- QA and direct high-priority assets with performance, polish, and platform alignment.
- Partner with Creative Team Lead to ensure visual direction aligns with strategy and business goals.
- Manage Design and Edit Leads, coaching in creative QA and project pacing.
- Evaluate production bottlenecks and implement creative process enhancements.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Content, and Project Management to resolve blockers.
- Direct production for top-tier accounts where creative stakes are high.
Requirement:
- 8+ years in visual design and/or video editing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring creatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance creative.
