Short Summary:
As a core member of the Professional Services, the Consultant will serve as the principal liaison for Practice Groups EHR delivery team, leading the implementation and training of best practices to optimize workflows and drive business outcomes within Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) environments.
Responsibilities:
- Principal implementation liaison on the project team documenting customer requirements and translating technical requirements into configuration setup.
- Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for all customer databases.
- Prepare and deliver quality new solution implementation training to customers.
- Support customer change management efforts by identifying risks to user readiness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with attention to detail.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Monitor key adoption metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Travel to customer on-site locations as needed.
Requirement:
- Post-secondary education in business or technology related field (preferred).
- Previous experience configuring or implementing a software solution, database testing, and end-user support (preferred).
- 2-4+ years in a software implementation role.
