Short Summary:
At Playlist, you'll lead cross-functional programs that connect strategy to execution across various teams, driving meaningful outcomes and fostering real-world connections.

Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional programs spanning Salesforce and product teams.
- Own complex programs end to end—from strategy and scoping through delivery, launch, and adoption.
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
- Architect and orchestrate change across the Salesforce platform and connected systems.
- Establish program governance, operating cadences, and reporting.
- Collaborate with BI, engineers, RevOps, and business leaders.
- Present program progress, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage timelines, resources, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives.
- Drive decision-making in ambiguous spaces using structured thinking.
- Build and lead working groups around central strategy pillars.

Requirement:
- 10+ years leading technical and cross-functional programs.
- Proven success owning large, complex, company-wide programs.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and CRM ecosystems.
- Strong fluency in RevOps and the systems connecting Salesforce to the product.
- Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus.
- Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models; eCommerce experience is a bonus.
