Short Summary:
Ping Identity is seeking a hands-on technical leader for its Developer Platform team, responsible for driving transformational change in how software is built and delivered. The role involves leading a team, setting technical direction, and improving developer workflows in a modern SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Bangalore-based team and set technical direction for the developer platform.
- Own pipeline reliability as a product, including delivery health and developer trust.
- Stay actively hands-on in architecture, technical reviews, and incident analysis.
- Partner across engineering to remove bottlenecks and improve developer experience.
- Hire, coach, and grow a strong team while using data to prioritize investments.

Requirement:
- At least 1 year of experience building AI-enabled engineering tools with measurable impact.
- 8+ years in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- 2+ years of experience leading engineers with direct people-management responsibility.
- Strong track record in CI/CD systems, build and release workflows, and developer tooling.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
