CRM Retention Lead

Performa is an international HR agency specializing in connecting top talent with leading companies across the iGaming, IT, and Marketing industries. We help businesses scale their teams and support professionals in finding opportunities where they can unlock their full potential. Our client is a product-driven iGaming startup developing a new White Label product for a Tier-1 market. The project is currently in the final stages of development ahead of launch, with a small core team already in place. We are now looking for a CRM/Retention Lead to take ownership of the CRM and retention function and contribute directly to the product’s growth from the early stages. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement CRM and retention strategies for key Tier-1 markets. Own retention, reactivation, and LTV growth initiatives. Develop, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple communication channels. Build and optimize user segmentation, personalization, and automated communication flows. Develop and optimize CRM funnels and trigger-based communications throughout the user lifecycle. Track and analyze key CRM and business metrics, including Retention, LTV, ARPU, Conversion Rate, and other relevant KPIs. Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize results. Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Marketing, VIP, and other teams. Develop CRM tools, processes, and best practices within the company. Take ownership of the CRM/Retention function and help shape the direction of the product. Requirements Hands-on experience in iGaming is a must. Proven experience as a CRM Lead / CRM Manager / Retention Manager. Strong understanding of CRM, Retention, and Lifecycle Marketing. Practical experience with user segmentation, trigger-based communications, personalization, and CRM funnels. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Solid understanding of key metrics such as Retention, LTV, ARPU, Conversion Rate, and other CRM KPIs. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Strong ability to build and optimize CRM processes. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results.
