Short Summary:
Become a key player in Kraken's global policy team, focusing on shaping financial services and web3/digital policy across APAC, starting with Singapore and other key Asian markets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Kraken's policy positions across APAC.
- Engage directly with key policymakers and regulators in Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, South Korea, and others.
- Gain external visibility working with trade associations and other external players.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on legislative and regulatory developments across the region.
- Partner closely with regulatory, compliance, communications, product, and engineering teams.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Requirement:
- 5–9 years of experience with financial services policy and regulation in APAC.
- Existing network in Singapore and ideally across the wider region.
- Understanding of financial services and digital policy, including frameworks for digital assets, payments, and stablecoins.
- Team-oriented mindset, proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
- Comfort operating across diverse regulatory cultures and political systems.
- Passion for the industry and interest in Kraken's offerings.
