Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate and close partnerships with executives at large enterprises.
- Work with Paxos leadership and stakeholders to execute strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to build new product solutions.
- Develop a go-to-market plan for banks and financial institutions.
- Immerse in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency for enterprises.

Requirement:
- Experience in fintech/financial services/digital assets to launch new products.
- Significant experience within Financial Services.
- Strong experience selling B2B enterprise technology.
- Experience in regulated environments and dynamic industries.
- Knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, particularly stablecoins (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
