Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, design interview processes, assess candidates, and lead complex offer negotiations through offer acceptance.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to engineering leaders, providing market insights, coaching on hiring best practices, and guiding hiring decisions through data and expertise.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent, leveraging market mapping, referrals, research, and creative outreach to build high-quality pipelines.
- Take a data-driven approach to monitoring pipeline health, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform hiring strategy.
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance, representing Optiver's culture throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirement:
- 6+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment for experienced talent, ideally in-house and within financial services, technology, or professional services.
- Past experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally within a competitive industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of the talent markets for engineers in software and hardware domains is highly advantageous.
- A consultative approach with demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders at all seniority levels.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep experience with applicant tracking systems (experience with Greenhouse is a plus) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- The ability to analyze candidate data for reporting purposes, utilizing tools like Excel and AI technology.
- A proactive, positive mindset with a passion for identifying and hiring top talent.
