Short Summary:
The Senior EPD Operations Manager orchestrates Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams to deliver major, complex initiatives, ensuring alignment around member and business value while partnering with Product Managers for strategic execution.

Responsibilities:
- Provide operational rigor behind integrated EPD launch plans for complex initiatives.
- Own discussions that align Engineering, Product, and Design leaders on milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain a high-confidence view of status, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Drive teams to plan ahead and execute against the roadmap, holding them accountable.
- Guide leadership through planning and resourcing trade-offs.
- Build tools and processes to help EPD teams meet business goals.
- Serve as a liaison across various departments, facilitating integrated planning and risk reviews.
- Improve launch processes over time through refined operating rhythms and templates.

Requirement:
- 7+ years in product/technical program management, product management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence.
- Experience in owning cross-team execution on complex initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Engineering, Product, and Design operations.
- Ability to translate technical constraints into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
