Short Summary:
The Senior Clinical Research Scientist will conceptualize research questions, analyze data from various sources, and communicate results to demonstrate the value of Omada's programs. This role focuses on health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to support product strategy and commercial growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct studies to generate high-quality evidence for Omada's programs.
- Lead or support HEOR analyses, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact studies.
- Develop evidence packages connecting clinical outcomes to economic value.
- Analyze medical and pharmacy claims, EHR, and other data to quantify impact.
- Partner with various teams to translate research findings into compelling narratives.
- Disseminate findings through peer-reviewed manuscripts and presentations.
- Contribute to studies assessing the effectiveness and economic value of digital health programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Help shape Omada's HEOR roadmap and build a culture of transparency within the team.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of relevant experience with a PhD, DrPH, PharmD, MD, ScD, or equivalent in health economics, epidemiology, or related fields.
- Experience designing and executing HEOR or real-world evidence studies.
- Strong expertise in claims data and healthcare analytics.
- Familiarity with HEOR methods and ability to synthesize complex findings.
