Short Summary:
As a Senior Legal Analyst, you will report to the Deputy General Counsel and work closely with the legal team and business leaders, providing general legal support and contract management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, and Data Processing Agreements.
- Work with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and execute key contracts.
- Apply and design SOPs to support commercial objectives while managing legal and regulatory risk.
- Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents across multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with business units to implement legal processes, training programs, and internal guidelines.
- Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above; law degree preferred.
- Experience in law firm or in-house paralegal/legal analyst roles considered.
- Ability to develop and implement legal processes and policies.
- Experience with cross-border commercial agreements is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound commercial judgment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g., Ironclad) and e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign) preferred.
