Short Summary:
Oddball is hiring a Product Manager to manage, expand, and oversee a growing portfolio of federal contracts, focusing on improving digital tools and workflows for Veterans.

Responsibilities:
- Improve digital tools and workflows for accredited representatives assisting Veterans.
- Collaborate with VA stakeholders, engineers, and designers to ensure user-centered, compliant, and impactful solutions.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate product releases.
- Engage with end users and cross-functional teams to shape solutions.

Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in federal, health IT, or large-scale enterprise systems.
- Strong skills in backlog management, prioritization, and agile delivery.
- Familiarity with VA systems and benefits processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills focused on clarity and collaboration.
- Commitment to improving Veteran services through user-centered technology.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
