Short Summary:
Obsidian Security is seeking an experienced Staff IT Systems Engineer to be the senior technical owner of the company's identity, endpoint, and IT platform foundation. This role involves operating the foundation as code and setting standards for identity architecture and AI-augmented operations.

Responsibilities:
- Own the identity foundation and serve as the senior technical owner of Okta.
- Manage lifecycle orchestration for HR events into access.
- Operate IT as code, managing core platform configuration in GitHub.
- Set standards for AI-augmented operations and build IT support workflows.
- Own endpoint management and advance zero-trust network access.
- Raise technical standards for the IT function and mentor teammates.

Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience in IT systems, identity, or platform infrastructure.
- Deep hands-on Okta ownership across SSO, MFA, and Identity Governance.
- Expertise in Jamf Pro for managing Mac fleets.
- Proven infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Scripting fluency in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Strong communication skills for explaining policies to technical and business stakeholders.
