Short Summary:
As a Senior Field Application Engineer, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution partners to drive the adoption of NXP MCU and wireless connectivity solutions, providing technical support throughout the product development cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution partners to drive adoption of NXP MCU and wireless connectivity solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the product development cycle, including hardware design, software development, system integration, and application optimization.
- Assist customers in developing solutions for industrial automation, home appliances, motor control, IoT, secure connectivity, and automotive applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and quality issues during product development, production ramp-up, and mass-production phases.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers accelerate development and successfully bring products to market.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Microelectronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of hardware design, embedded systems, and MCU-based application development.
- Experience with RTOS, USB, CAN, Ethernet, and wireless technologies such as Zigbee, BLE, or Wi-Fi is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals and Edge AI deployment on embedded platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
