Short Summary:
NXP’s Driver & Energy Systems (DES) product line develops Battery Management System (BMS) solutions for electric and hybrid vehicles. The Principal Analog Design Engineer will support global product development activities, focusing on the design of analog or mixed signal blocks for battery management circuits.

Responsibilities:
- Design analog or mixed signal blocks for battery management circuits from architecture to qualification.
- Collaborate with Design Architects to propose optimal architecture in terms of area, power consumption, and performance.
- Translate specifications into electrical schematics.
- Create and complete the verification plan of circuits (PVT, statistical, ESD/EMC & post layout simulations).
- Validate circuit routing at the layout stage.
- Participate in product debug & validation at the lab and support qualification up to product release.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of analog IC design experience.
- Proven experience with IC in domains such as ADC design, switch capacitors design, high voltage power management blocks, and accurate voltage references.
- Experience in smart power BiCMOS technologies.
- Good knowledge of Cadence IC tools.
- Experience in requirement traceability management and ISO26262.
