Short Summary:
Lead SoC Verification R&D team driving technical execution and best in class methodologies used in the design of advanced microcontrollers and microprocessors.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and build a high-performance SoC Verification team in Noida, including training and mentoring.
- Develop team members' goals and development plans.
- Collaborate with SMEs and key leaders in architecture, systems, emulation, SoC design, software, physical design, and IP teams.
- Develop detailed Technical SoC verification execution plans, including resource schedules and progress reports.
- Communicate across technical teams and provide executive-level presentations.
- Ensure SoC verification quality sign-offs and drive best-in-class verification methodologies.
- Participate in corporate-wide technology forums and customer engagements.

Requirement:
- MS in Electrical Engineering.
- 15 years of experience with SoC verification.
- 10 years of experience leading SoC verification teams.
