Short Summary:
The Senior Social Media Manager plays a key role in shaping Nutrafol's organic social presence across both [apply contact hidden] and [apply contact hidden], focusing on strategy, content, community, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:
- Execute and evolve the organic social strategy across both brands.
- Jointly own the organic social content calendar from planning through publishing.
- Develop social-first strategies for campaigns and product launches.
- Write social-first copy and simplify complex messaging into engaging content.
- Build authentic communities through thoughtful community management.
- Lead organic social execution for campaigns, partnering with various stakeholders.
- Manage the organic social budget and oversee creators and content production.
- Monitor channel performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience managing organic social media for a consumer, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or CPG brand.
- Proven experience developing and executing social-first content strategies across Instagram and TikTok.
- Exceptional social copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong creative instincts and brand judgment.
- Experience leading cross-functional campaigns and managing creator relationships.
- Strong understanding of social analytics.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
- Passion for social media and emerging platform trends.
