3Shape offers you the opportunity to become Associate Social Media Manager in our Activation and Lifecycle team in Global Marketing, driving our expansion of social media activities for our lab business. The job is located at 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.

About the role

Your role will be to ensure that 3Shape’s lab business is taken to the next level on our organic social media channels. In alignment with our brand & platform strategies, you will brief and help build socially native content that reaches our strategic goals, all while you focus on omnichannel ways of working ensuring that our message reaches the audience as efficiently as possible. To do this a key aspect to success is your ability to report on performance and suggest ways to optimize based on your learnings. We see that you will bring an analytical mindset to your work, while still being able to unfold new and innovative ways to express our message.

Your primary responsibilities:

• Be the driving force behind 3Shape’s expansion of our lab activities on organic social media channels. That means building the strategy together with our Senior Social Media Manager, building and briefing content plans, measuring and reporting on performance and optimizing based on learnings.

• Day-to-day management of the lab-focused organic social media channels, ensuring we have a stable content flow and connect with our audience.

• Collaborate with colleagues across the marketing team and the wider organization to drive omnichannel ways of working and ensure our communication is reaching the audience across our platforms.

• Community management across internal and external channels.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has approximately 2 years of experience working with organic social media management, content briefing and reporting, specifically with ability to understand the nature of organic social media and what content lands well with the users

• Knows their way in the social media metrics field and has documented experience reporting on performance

• Has a commercial and result-oriented mindset and wants to expand their knowledge within strategic social media management that meets business goals

• Possesses strong skills in stakeholder management, being able to independently communicate (both internally and externally) in a professional, constructive and productive manner

• Loves collaborating with colleagues in a global role to drive the best results by utilizing data to learn and develop

• Is organized and detail-oriented, while maintaining a pragmatic mindset navigating through changing agendas
