Short Summary:
As the Independent Contractor Retail Food Safety Auditor for the Philadelphia, PA territory, you will play a crucial role in NSF's mission to protect and improve human and planet health. This position involves traveling, meeting new people, and educating food service personnel about safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform 2nd party audits for retail clients
- Summarize audit findings
- Communicate effectively with clients, Audit Delivery Manager, and Account Manager
- Demonstrate a high level of Quality and Integrity in daily responsibilities
- Overnight travel required; 50% of audits will take place in the evenings or on weekends
- 10-50 audit hours per month offered
Requirement:
- Degree required
- 2+ years of food safety/restaurant/grocery experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ServSafe or CP-FS preferred
