Short Summary:
The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Assistant Bakery Manager works alongside the Bakery Manager and team members to create high-quality cakes and a superior guest experience. This role involves team leadership, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with NbC standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead team and manage operations
- Drive sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with food and health safety standards
- Support recruitment, training, and performance feedback
- Assist in operational and administrative responsibilities
- Co-manage special-order fulfillment
- Contribute to local marketing strategies

Requirement:
- High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus
- 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant, or foodservice
- Leadership experience and ability to train and coach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
