Short Summary:
The Surveillance Supervisor oversees staff responsible for monitoring casino activities via CCTV to prevent theft, fraud, and other illegal activities, ensuring compliance with state and company regulations. This role involves partnering with the Director of Surveillance to develop and enforce security policies and procedures, as well as documenting and reporting incidents, violations, and suspicious activities to management.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations
- Supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations of the Security Department
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Conduct thorough internal or external investigations
- Provide security guidance and approve departmental reports
- Develop and administer training programs for the Surveillance Department
- Maintain community relations with law enforcement agencies
- Manage and maintain security of confidential information

Requirement:
- 3+ years casino surveillance/security experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- CPR/AED, Baton, and approved chemical guard certification
- Ability to obtain tribal Gaming License/background check
- Strong investigative and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
