Short Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead established and evolving IT projects, working closely with dedicated engineering teams, clients, and business unit leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Manage new and existing IT projects across different stages, ensuring clear objectives and realistic delivery plans.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, roadmaps, backlogs, and sprints, while tracking progress.
- Communicate with clients and project teams daily, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Clarify client needs and translate them into well-structured stories and tasks.
- Manage project delivery processes, priorities, and dependencies.
- Oversee project scope, budget, and resource needs.
- Monitor project profitability and overall performance.
- Identify and manage project risks and potential delivery issues.
- Ensure consistently high service quality for clients.

Requirement:
- Extensive IT project management experience with a track record of leading complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of web development processes and methodologies.
- Experience in project budget, scope, and resource management.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project risk management processes.
- Strong ownership and structured communication skills.
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages.
