Short Summary:
Join Nexi as a Talent Acquisition Partner for the DACH region, serving as a strategic advisor for business leaders and shaping hiring strategies to ensure successful recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the trusted Talent Acquisition Partner for senior business leaders and HR Business Partners across the DACH region.
- Translate business priorities into proactive hiring strategies and talent acquisition plans.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability to support business decisions.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for your business area, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all hiring activities.
- Act as the governance lead for external recruitment partners supporting the DACH region.
- Monitor recruitment performance through data and analytics, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Requirement:
- Significant experience in in-house Talent Acquisition role, Recruitment Consulting, or Executive Search within international and matrix organizations.
- Strong knowledge of the DACH recruitment market and local hiring practices.
- Proven experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Fluent in English and German.
