Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead escalation point for complex deployment issues during the Cisco-to-Fortinet/Juniper migration.
- Troubleshoot advanced problems involving Fortinet firewalls, Juniper switches, and legacy Cisco devices during cutovers.
- Support field technicians and implementation teams with real-time guidance and corrective actions.
- Own the full lifecycle of network-related change controls within ServiceNow.
- Lead configuration, deployment, and optimization of Fortinet firewalls and Juniper switches.
- Oversee migration activities including device staging, configuration validation, and post-deployment tuning.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network designs and migration procedures.
- Identify recurring issues and drive long-term improvements to deployment processes.

Requirement:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls and strong expertise with Juniper switches.
- Solid understanding of Cisco networking to support migration and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience managing change controls in ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across routing, switching, wireless, and security domains.
- Ability to lead technical triage in fast-paced, multi-site deployment environments.
