Short Summary:
Teamshares is seeking a NetSuite Solution Architect to design and lead ERP implementations across its network of 90+ companies. This role involves owning the technical architecture for NetSuite deployments, making design decisions, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:
- Define the technical architecture for NetSuite deployments.
- Make strategic decisions about single-instance vs. multi-instance, data integration, reporting, and customization boundaries.
- Work with implementation partners and company finance teams to design solutions.
- Establish NetSuite standards and best practices across all implementations.
- Evaluate implementation consultants and integration partners from a technical perspective.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and work with partners to find solutions.

Requirement:
- 7-12 years of ERP implementation, solution architecture, or enterprise systems consulting experience.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of NetSuite or similar enterprise systems.
- Experience in presales, customer-facing architecture, or consulting roles.
- Strong technical design judgment and clear communication skills.
- Collaborative work style and willingness to be hands-on.
